  • Transit Damage: If the bed is scratched, dented, or broken during delivery.

  • Missing Parts: If any hardware or components are missing from the package.

  • Note: Customers must report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or unboxing videos.

3. What is Not Covered

  • Natural Characteristics: Minor variations in wood grain, color, or natural knots that do not affect the strength of the bed.

  • General Wear & Tear: Scratches, chips, or fading of the wood finish due to daily use or cleaning.

  • Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by shifting the bed without dismantling it, or exposure to extreme moisture/seepage.• 3-Year Limited Warranty

Returns: Replacement of the Product will Be done if there is any Manufacturing Defects which is not Repairable and it has to be Informed within the 3 days after delivery.
